1. Ziggler vs Cena will probably be a show-stealing, great match. I mean their match on Raw alone was PPV-worthy, add a ladder stipulation and Ziggler's selling skills, and you've got something alone that is worth buying the PPV for.

2. Ziggler cashing in MITB and becoming World Champion.

3. Tag-team triple-threat ladder match (Kane/Bryan vs PTP vs Rey/Cara), if it happens, will be another great match.

Sheamus/Big Show will probably be another great clash. Punk/Ryback will be a spot fest but it would be interesting to see how they handle Ryback losing for the third straight time.

So yeah, TLC looks like it will have some good/great matches and the possibility of Ziggler cashing in. Which is why you could by the PPV.
