It should be that ONLY chairs are legal. Just like in ladder matches, ONLY ladder should be legal. And in table matches, ONLY tables should be legal.
Chair matches though, should be something like "you must knock your opponent out using a chair" type of thing. So you can knock them out, but if it's not using chair shots, then it doesn't matter(just like how in table matches,if you don't put the opponent through the table but they still go through, the match isn't over)
