My thoughts exactly. Looks like Rocky was clangin' and bangin' in the gym and the photographer just shouted over to him to get his attention so Rock, all sweating and intense simply looked up and gave him the People's Eyebrow and BAM! Intense, natural picture that just looks badass as fuck.
