Default Analyze This: Commentator's contributions to a great show/match

"What a maneuver!" cries Vince Mcmahon and "It's a slobberknocker!" replies Jim Ross making the match more interesting getting us all involved a lot more than we would normally. Jim Ross, Bobby Heenan, Gorilla Monsoon, Jesse Ventura, Joey Styles, Gordon Sollie, Jerry Lawler are some of the top commentators that normally comes to one's mind with each of them having their own unique style.

How important is a good commentary to a good match or a show in general? Is there any particular examples that you can think of where the commentary saved the match or the show and most importantly, is the quality in commentating declining with times?
