Ryback is not the answer to the WWE's problems though. I don't see him as a difference maker like Hogan, Austin, Rock etc. It takes a great character or a few great characters combined with an amazing storyline that goes on for a longtime like Austin/McMahon, NWO etc. to make a big difference in the ratings imo.
