This is my father's father this past Rememberance Day, receiving a medal from the Province of Newfoundland as a 91 year old WWII vet. Still full of piss-n-vinegar.
My mother's father was a Scottish immigrant who at one time owned a bowling alley/confectionery. Unfortunately he passed away before my birth.
