Orton as a Heel is top notch, IMO. The reason he hasn't turned yet is due to the lack of top Faces that WWE currently has.
So what's left to do? Turn Show/Ziggler/Barret faces? Nah, too much of a gamble for now. Ziggler's the only one I see being able to pull it off, but still.
A returning Face Mark Henry would be pretty good, but still we would only have two main event faces in the Smackdown roster, and 4 Heels. It needs to be even.
So why not draft Ryback to Smackdown, and Orton to RAW? Would also give Cena something to do while Punk works with Rock.
