Never gonna happen for 2 reasons:

A) Mick can barely make his way down the ramp so there's no way they're going to risk killing him for a throwaway PPV.

B)Whoever doesn't take the pin at SS (presumably Ryback) is going to have a legit claim to a title match so I don't know why they'd piss on that feud just to get Foley into the mix.
