Alright so i'm thinking of writing full promos instead of recapped ones starting with the first show after my first PPV and I was wondering if anybody had any tips/advice for someone who's not exactly the best promo writer in the world? What Coolquip said. Make sure to watch back to the time period that you're based in and then look up stuff for that particular wrestler. Not just mannerisms but the obvious catchphrases and saying that they always like to put in their promos.
As for the wrestlers that have no real gimmick.... I like to see them as if they are just a lump of clay that you can turn into anything you want them to be. If they are really bland and without a catchphrase... give them one. Simple as that really. You need to mould these guys into whatever you want them to be otherwise they will just remain bland and without a character.
