It's Latin, meaning, "And you, Elmo." The two words are most commonly found in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar in the scene in which Brutus murders Caesar, resulting in the phrase, "Et tu, Brute." Meaning "And you, Brutus" referring to another person betraying him.
