Argo is a better all around film, they did an amazing job at telling a gripping story that keeps you invested and on the edge of your seat.
Skyfall is a fun action film and Javier Bardem plays a great villain, I think you'll really like it. If you had to choose, I would go with Argo since it sounds like you aren't as interested in Bond films but both are worth seeing.
Yeah, think it's going to be Argo. Like you said, I've never liked Bond much, and I'd rather pay for something I'm more likely to enjoy. Not saying I won't Like Skyfall, because I liked Casino Royale quite a bit.
Watched Safety Not Guaranteed and thought it was very good. Love the quirkiness to it and found it quite funny at times. It's very original considering it's an indie comedy/somewhat sci-fi flick. I just really wanted to know what would happen in the end. Good acting and good script. Cute little film.
One of my faves of the year.
Glad you liked it, I like that type of quirky indie movie, and this was one of the best examples of that style imo. Loved it.
I'm pretty ill with glandular fever at the moment and have a sick note for 2 weeks off Uni/Work so I have a lot of free time at the moment other than my studies so I plan on watching a lot of movies. I already have Apocalypse Now, And Justice For All, Gone Baby Gone and Good Will Hunting planned, and I'm going to get started on watching Sons of Anarchy.
You guys got any recommendations?
I just recommend that to everyone though.
