Maybe they knew you'd already bought tickets and that's why you kept getting an error? Were you still logged in by any chance? I say that because I was able to use Firefox as my main, logged into my account browser, to search at 9:59:45 AM and ran the timer down as much as possible at each step while making 3 separate searches on Google chrome. Chrome searches didn't yield anything and I went with my original find first anyway, but still.
