I go about 3-4 times a week now.
Monday: Bis, Tris, Cardio
Wed: Chest & Cardio
Fri: Back and Shoulders & cardio
Sat: Either repeat bis and tris, or do straight carido
Yeah, way too much work on your arms.
I tend to split it up into back/biceps, chest/tris, abs/legs.
