I was training six times a week but then I realized that the sixth day wasn't needed at all. Resting my muscles through the weekends gives me better results.
Monday- Chest ,Shoulders & Triceps
Tuesday- Upper Back, Biceps & Forearms
Wednesday- Legs, Abs & Lower Back
Thursday- Chest, Triceps & Shoulders
Friday- Upper Back, Biceps & Forearms
