I think it's either a) the prisoner Rick left for dead or b) one of the other 2 guys, I'd bet. The White guy pleading type guy looked creepy! Not sure if they'd have access, or if he'd be out doing that already, though. And you'd imagine the guy Rick left would have more things to worry about but eh.
