I do agree Jay Rock is the weakest. In terms of lyricism and flow. That's not to say he's bad or anything considering the group overall is extremely talented.
I like this idea that they will never put out an album, only appear on each others albums as one unit as Ab-Soul said. Shits different. Q is definitely next on deck to make a bigger impact though. He's already got huge buzz building around him. Touring with Rocky right now so I'm hoping for some more songs from the two.
