Yeah, I don't think he's top 30. Not for me anyway. That's not an insult, I mean there's been a lot of rappers over the years. Even if I leave out newer rappers(who are better), but I leave them out since it's early in their career, I think I can come up with a quick 30+ who I think are better....

Nas, Rakim, KRS One, Big Daddy Kane, LL Cool J, Slick Rick, Kool G Rap, Kool Moe Dee, Scarface, Ice Cube, 2Pac, Biggie, Redman, Treach, Jay-Z, Black Thought, Common, Pharoahe Monch, AZ, Snoop, Kurupt, Dre 3000, Ghostface, Method Man, Raekwon, GZA, Q-Tip, Posdnous, Big Pun, CL Smooth, Bun B, Lauryn Hill, MC Lyte, Jadakiss .....

I'd give him top 50, most likely.
