Im sure you know, but for other people who might not, Lazenby was a male model before hand with little acting experience. So yeah he was random. It was like they didn't think that the person who played Bond made the difference (and when they realized it, they went back to Connery for Diamons are Forever). not a bad movie; in fact a good premise (Bond falling in love and getting married) which was semi-repeated for Casino Royale (the Craig one since the Peter Seller's one was a comedy). But they packed it into the whole movie, then let die and the movie ended.
I'd say they could make a great revenge movie, but that was already the premise of Quantum of Solace (which I liked, but got bad reviews).
