Re: Vince McMahon was not a happy

Groupthink is a psychological phenomenon that occurs within groups of people, in which the desire for harmony in a decision-making group overrides a realistic appraisal of alternatives. Group members try to minimize conflict and reach a consensus decision without critical evaluation of alternative ideas or viewpoints. Antecedent factors such as group cohesiveness, structural faults, and situational context play into the likelihood of whether or not groupthink will impact the decision-making process.

WWE is currently working this way. Nobody among the creatives or the former wrestlers dares to rebut Vince and himself can't stop his own wife's run for politics. I am also sure that Stephanie and HHH are unable to discuss Vince's ideas. Worse they are probably guilty for the new breast-cancer and anti-bullying campaigns and judging from DX, HHH loves crappy humor.

I don't trust them for the future of WWE and I think that Shane clearly showed that he is the cleverest McMahon when he decided to jump out of this trainwreck.
