- Vince introduces new belt
- Punk interrupts, runs down Vince, grabs new belt
- Cena returns, Punk gets a trash can and tells Cena to throw away the old spinner belt
- Cena nails Punk with the spinner belt instead
- Vince announces Punk/Cena for HIAC
Something like that is probably all that's going to happen.
