The only reason Ziggler won the MITB is that he will cash it in on Sheamus while he's already down and Ryback will eventually defeat Ziggler. Orton will win the Royal Rumble which will result in Orton vs Ryback for the World heavyweight championship at Wrestlemania. Ryback will retain.
