It's amazing to see these two interact. You can really see how much potential Austin sees in Punk and desperately wants him to see Punk tap into. With all their differences, I think Austin sees a lot of himself in Punk. Austin's intensity and hunger is second to none. Say what you will about Punk, but he's so much more fluid when not heavily scripted and let loose, but you can still see where years of WWE style promos really kills his ability to slug it out off the cuff with a guy that lived in the era where you had freedom to control your own promos. Austin's promo ability is legendary and it's a shame most people only remember him for his more crowd pandering catchphrases because he was/is spectacular on the mic.

Wish they approached more promos like this.
