Charisma suggests some form of control over the audience. Orton looks bored, vacuous and the pop he gets is from the 14 year old girls in attendance during his entrance. Aside from that Orton is not fit for anyone to suggest he has 'it'.
Because if we're now using what the impulses of schoogirls amount to as the measuring stick for 'it' then wrestling is in more trouble than we feared. I mean, the only difference between Randy Orton and Dean Malenko in terms of charismatic appeal is that some kids find the former crush-worthy. And WCW got an entire feud out of Chris Jericho mocking Malenko's wooden demeanor. Orton's entire physiognomy is pure wooden. Plus the guy has issues and is no ring general.
