I gave my friend a gutwrench powerbomb and he landed on his neck, hurt him bad lucky didn't do any real damage other then a bit of pain for a few days. I've done some submissions like the masterlock, ankle lock etc. When I was 10 friends and I would have little wrestling matches on the grass after school was fun.
