Well the underground fans are to blame for the reason there being no real hip-hop. When guys like J.Cole, Wale, etc. were underground and no-names they had large fanbases, Now when they went mainstreams fans started to turn on them. No underground guy is going to go mainstream if their fans turn on them for doing it.
