Re: WWE Hell in a Cell predictions
Ammending what I've said previously (I guess it's BTB thrown in there too):
Alberto Del Rio
vs. Kofi Kingston
Just because neither of them are on the card and it should be a fun little match.
Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara
vs. Prime Time Players
Rey & Sin Cara beat PTP in the semi-finals of the tag tournament, so PTP interfere in the final and cost the masked men the no.1 contendership. Prime Time Players fail in their attempt for revenge in this match. Mysterio & Sin Cara are the next unofficial no.1 contenders.
World Heavyweight Championship Hell In A Cell Match
(c) vs. Big Show
Battle of two big sloggers. Slow pace, lots of hard hits. Sheamus kicks out of a Chokeslam, Big Show kicks out of a Brogue Kick (where a winded Sheamus takes a good few seconds to make the cover). Big Show gets a chair but Sheamus catches him with a Brogue Kick to the chair - into Show - to win. During the celebration Show gets backs up and hits Sheamus with a WMD
World Heavyweight Championship
Sheamus(c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
Dolph cashes-in but Sheamus kicks out after being downed by the WMD. Ziggler goes for the Zig Zag but Sheamus rolls out of it to counter. Orton hits the ring and looks to hit Dolph with an RKO but is pushed straight into a Brogue Kick (Sheamus was aiming for Dolph). Dolph rolls up Sheamus for the win.
Divas Championship, if Beth loses Eve can fire her
(c) vs. Beth Phoenix
If rumours are to go by, Beth is going soon. This can be the end of her story as Eve wins. After revelling in firing Beth, Eve is cut short by Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn reveals that a blonde wig was found backstage at Night of Champions and the culprit was actually
Eve TEDDY LONG.
The Miz(c) vs. Ryback
Ryack gets a title shot after beating The Miz this week. When seemingly looking doomed to lose the title, Miz hits Ryback with a chair to disqualify himself and thus keep the championship. Miz tries to hit Ryback again with the chair but he shakes off the effects and counters with his finisher.
World Heavyweight Championship
(c) vs. Randy Orton
What's that? Third WHC match of the night? The match is orginally scheduled as a regular 1v1, but due to Dolph's cash-in earlier on it becomes a title match. Similarly orchestrated to the NoC matches but on this occasion Dolph wins and therefore retains.
WWE Tag Team Championships
Team Hell No
(c) vs. The Rhodes Scholars
The usual scenario, with a lot of tension between Bryan & Kane and decent teamwork by Rhodes & Sandow. But eventually, Bryan & Kane work together to win with Cody tapping to the No! Lock while Kane gives Sandow a Chokeslam to prevent him breaking up the submission. Are they finally on the same page?
WWE Championship Hell In A Cell Match, Special Referee Mick Foley
(c) vs. John Cena
Goes the formula that Punk/Cena usually does. So hopefully another great match. GTS kick-out etc. Punk becomes unimpressed by Foley's slow counting and Heyman leaves in fury. Punk knocks down Foley with a kick to the head and a new referee comes to the ring and unlocks the door. A few minutes later Foley is back up and gives the Mandible Claw to Punk before throwing him into Cena's path into an Attitude Adjustment, but Punk somehow manages to kick out. Foley sends the other official to the back but the ref accidentally doesn't properly lock the door behind him. As it later appears that Cena has it won with the STF, Lesnar comes out of the crowd accompanied by Heyman and manages to rip open the loose door, and enters to give Cena an F5. Punk makes the cover to win as Foley reluctantly counts. Show ends with Punk, Lesnar and Heyman with arms raised together.
None of it will probably happen, but oh well
This, I like the idea of this very much. If i could change Show to Barrett it would basically be ideal.
