I know someone with bipolar, and their partner didn't give up on them, nor move on so quickly to someone else post-breakup. They put their foot down and demanded that they seek help, which they have done, and it's been good for several years now.

You're just afraid of commitment. That, or she dumped you and you're trying to put a 'poor me' spin on the tale.
