I can think of no less than eight women offhand that could bring a nice blend of mic work/character playing/wrestling to the product. And together would (on paper at least) have as good a women's division as has been seen on american tv this century, at least. And that is before taking into account a mainly ring work focused person here or there.
Unfortunately many or most were either misused by TNA already, weren't signed when they tried out, or apparently aren't on good terms with someone in TNA. Besides TNA's current creative team would blow it anyway. You could give them prime Trish and Lita and they would still fumble the ball.
