Because he's annoying in every aspect of the word. Being as flooded with anything as I have been with Beiber would naturally cause me to hate it. His voice is just fucking annoying. He's an adult male with a 12 year old female's voice. Above all else, his face is just very punchable.
I don't necessarily like Frank Ocean's music, but I admit he's got serious talent. With Beiber, he's just annoying and simplistic as fuck. There's a reason his target demographic is teenage girls; they're stupid.
