Sandow came into the main roster as a top heel (part of the reason could have been that he worked with the WWE before). What WWE should have done is had him get involved with the top faces immediately. Get him involved with matches with the top faces and make sure that he looked impressive. However, WWE has done the exact opposite and held him back. Instead of making him believable as someone who could challenge, they started and stopped his push. And then WWE wonders why they don't have any top heel options for Sheamus.
