Re: Fuck slow ass drivers
I used to be like that, then I did the math one day, and realized it was stupid in most cases to get worked up about it. Seriously. To make any dent in the times to make it worthwhile, you either need to be driving long distances/times or driving WAY over the speed limit. I'm usually around the speed limit, and just trying to stay out of people's way. I'm at least cognizant that some people are largely irrational when they drive, so I'd rather just get out of their way, and let them work themselves into a foam.
If it is that important for people to drive 10 over the speed limit so they can get home 3 minutes earlier to see who is getting burned today in Rants, so be it. I'd wager some people waste more time in a day reading on the toilet than they save driving 10 mph over "to get somewhere in a reasonable time."
To each their own, though. I've tried to reduce my stresses, and that was a big one. . . until I did the math. Couldn't even justify it driving 100 miles to see my parents when I live in MI.
