Black fella with a parrot on his shoulder walks into a bar and goes up to be served. The barman spots him and goes over, smiling and eyeing the parrot with interest.
"Where did you get that?" asks the barman.
The parrot says "Africa, there's millions of 'em."
It's a Bernard Manning joke (English racist comedian) who told it to Darcus Howe (former Black Panther) when Howe interviewed him about racist attitudes in Britain.
