I thought of Punk vs HHH or Punk vs Ray as well, but for this heel turn to be successful i think they need to have him in one of the two big matches, if needs be Punk can take the pinfall in the main event so Cena wins the title without having to pin Rock.
This way it keeps Rock from having to lay down for Cena and then after WM when rocks gone again, Cena and Punk can just start a feud right of the back of it since Cena Pinned Punk
