^And NBA/NHL stuff are as accurate as of about August(NHL releases in September,NBA in October).
Some teams don't even debut jerseys until like December, but the leagues give the video games rights to the jersey, but give it a secret code where users can't unlock it unless they have the code(which gets released by time that jersey in real life is released)
