I only traded a draft pick because I was a fucking idiot for spending $20 or so on CHRIS DAVIS. lulz @ me. Don't really care if other people do it though. I'm definitely not.

Offline just takes longer, but everyone will be able to draft. You say it's not that hard, but we have 20+ people here. I really don't look forward to the headache of trying to hammer down a single date everyone can agree on.
