Just like I suspected. As evidenced by the sign on the vests they're wearing, all of these guys are "prospects", i.e. lower-level members of the biker gang sent to do the dirty work. Hence why they don't really matter in the longrun and their identities probably won't be revealed. The main guys haven't showed up yet.
