Okay let me point some stuff out, that i have read.
1. Bret Hart had Creative control for the last 30 days of his wwe/f contract
2. Bret apparently said to Shawn he was okay with putting him over, but Shawn said he wouldn't do the same
3. This made Hart not want to drop it to Michaels. He claims he would have dropped it to anyone else apart from Shawn
