diet is about 70% imo. I mean you can be lean but not really ripped with diet alone. I don't count those razor skinny blokes as being ripped (abs on a skinny bloke don't count )

i went the other way than the nutrition field, did my bachelors in exercise physiology which is basically using exercise to treat chronic disease and the like.
