What you said about modern tag teams not having the chemistry and charisma is only half true, IMO. Austin and Pillman were both 1 in a million, or at least Austin was. It would be hard to find anyone aside from a few of the really big names that clicked with their wrestling personas as well as Austin did. He got how to give a promo almost right away, and it shows in his Hollywood Blonde's work.
I think one of the problems is that tag teams aren't given enough time to flex their verbal muscles. Young and Titus are the first tag in a long time that have been allowed to show some real personality, and while I like Guerrero in her role, she is hampering Ziggler and Swagger. They could have that chemistry, but we'll never find out.
