Drug Kingpin Found Dead

Avon Barksdale, alleged drug kingpin, has died last last night after being shot in his West Baltimore home, presumably by rivals in the drug game. This comes as a big surprise to everyone in the projects whom saw Mr. Barksdale as a powerful name, a name that was respected and revered.
This is also a severe blow to a Baltimore city detail who was working for months on this case getting elbow deep in wire taps and evidence to convict Mr. Barksdale of several illegal acts. His death comes as bittersweet to the streets and the law alike. And super sweet for other gang crews.
His death will mark the first one of this caliber in the streets and will undeniably cause even more mayhem.

Detective Lester Freamon, has was tragically ran over by an Escalade on his way to pick up a big breakfast at Mcdonalds, now only $5 if you come before 9am! Mr. Freamon loved Mcdonalds according to a very reliable source. He said it was his favorite fast food establishment. It is being reported that this was no accident. The hit and run is still under investigation.
