After you kill her, find her armor near the cave where you killed the golem to get her. You will thank me unless you're playing after the patch was released. In that case...that sucks.
As for arrows...giant smith or blacksmith before Sens.
There isn't a lot to do in Valley of the Drakes except one of the best surprises of the game...but you'll need 100+ arrows.
