I'm a very blunt person. If you don't like being your gender, something clearly happened to you and you need mental help. Enough of letting people be sick just to make them feel better temporarily, we need to get to the root of these problems. I'm not saying this person can't be free to do what they want (as long as it's ethical), but I'm not the type of person to applaud someone willingly be sick. This person will always have that doubt at the back of their mind that they are inferior and telling them they are okay is basically giving them a loaded gun to play with.
